Registration Refund Instructions:
1) If there is a need for refund, the relevant matters must be applied for before June 30, 2024, and the organizing committee will deduct 300RMB (50USD) / person from the payment amount as the corresponding refund handling fee;
2) After June 30, 2024, the organizing committee will not process any refund, if the registered participants cannot attend due to special reasons, they can appoint others to participate, and notify the organizing committee to update the relevant registration information before June 30，2024.

Once participants have completed their online registration before 29 May 2024, the registration fee paid on site could be maintained at the early bird rate.
